Conditional Use Permit

Please be notified that on April 14th 2025, at 6:30p.m. the Republic Planning Commission will hold a public hearing meeting at the Republic Township Hall, 279 Kloman Ave., Republic Mi. The township is requesting public input and comment regarding a request for a conditional use permit by Nilsson Davis. For the event The Summer’s End Smokeout at the Motocross Track Parcel #52-12-018-012-00. Information may be reviewed at the Republic Township office from 9a.m. to 4p.m. Mon-Thurs. and Fri. 9a.m. to 3p.m. and written comments will be received until the date of the hearing. Anyone wishing to give testimony will be given an opportunity to be heard.
This notice is posted in compliance with public Act 267 of 1976, as amended, the Open Meetings Act, MCLA 41, 72A (2) (3) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
